The Airmail cocktail combines strong flavors of rum, agave, lime, and champagne. It’s a light, bubbly, and spring-forward cocktail!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Smith and Cross Jamaican Rum

• ½ oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz agave syrup

• 1 oz Brut sparkling wine

How-To:

1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.

2. Shake vigorously until the exterior is frosty.

3. Strain and pour into a Collins glass.

4. Top with Brut sparkling wine and serve immediately!
