upgrade your classic whiskey sour with a red wine float!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 3⁄4 oz simple syrup

  • 1⁄2 oz red wine

How-To:

  1. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard until well-chilled.

  3. Strain mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a spoon so that the wine is separated at the top of the glass.
